  • Fixed Price Packages

    1. The 3-week divorce - change the price to $3,000.  

    This is for parties who agree upon all terms.  It includes the initial consultation; drafting and filing the petition, response or co-petition;  drafting and filing the final judgment; 1 email and 1 call per week.  It includes a parenting plan and child support calculation.  Both parties must waive all formal discovery and commit to their case being finished in approximately 3 weeks.  This does not include any court appearances or temporary motions.   The court filing fee is a separate fee.  All credit and debit payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.  

     

    2.  Basic - change the price to $4,000

    This is for parties who have a few areas of disagreement to work through.  It includes the initial consultation; drafting and filing the petition, co-petition or response; drafting and filing the final judgment; 1 email and 1 call per week; the mandatory exchange of financial information pursuant to ORS 107.089; 1 settlement offer; and, up to two hours of additional meetings.  If a parenting plan and child support calculation are needed, that is an additional $850. This does not include any court appearances or temporary motions.    Parties must commit to their case being finished within approximately 8 weeks. The court filing fee is a separate fee.  All credit and debit payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.  

     

        3.  Medium

    This includes the initial consultation;  drafting and filing the petition, co-petition, or response; drafting and filing the final judgment;  the mandatory exchange of financial information pursuant to ORS 107.089;  the creation of an asset and debt spreadsheet; unlimited calls and emails;  up to two exchanges of settlement offers;  and, up to two hours of mediation with an outside mediator (who will bill separately) and a mediation memorandum.   If a parenting plan and child support calculation are needed, that is an additional $850.  This does not include any court appearances, temporary motions, or spousal support analysis.  Any outside experts will bill at their own rate. Ideally, the other party works with an attorney who also commits to a similar collaborative approach and both parties commit to their case being finished within approximately 12 weeks.   This approach will not be effective if the opposing attorney wants to make the case litigious.  The court filing fee is a separate fee.  All credit and debit payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.   

     

    4.  Moderately Complex -  change to $18,000

    This includes the initial consultation; drafting and filing the petition, co-petition, or response; drafting and filing the final judgment; full financial discovery and 1 Request for Production; creation of an asset and debt spreadsheet;  unlimited calls and emails; unlimited exchanges of settlement offers;  up to four hours of mediation with an outside mediator (who will bill separately) along with a mediation memorandum; and, spousal support analysis.  If a parenting plan and child support calculation are needed, that is an additional $850.  This does not include any court appearances.  If the parties are in agreement for temporary relief, such as exclusive use of a home or temporary financial support, the price includes drafting the limited judgment(s) or review and editing of the limited judgment(s) if the other attorney drafts them.  Any outside experts will bill at their own rate. Both parties must commit to their case being finished within approximately 6 months.  The court filing fee is a separate fee.  All credit and debit payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.   here

  • Mediation Services

    I offer mediation services to pro-se parties.  Each mediation session is for two-hours

    maximum and my rate is $475/hour. Sometimes cases do resolve in the first session, but other

    times multiple mediation sessions are necessary.  If both parties agree, I will also draft your

    final judgment if mediation is successful and a complete agreement is reached.</p>
